Every year we manufacture and ship tens of

thousands of liquid chalk bottles, and we're aware

that after use, they end up as waste.

Although our bottles are made with 50% recycled

plastic, it wasn't enough.

The solution

We developed a system to refill and sell CERO

directly at your gym: a 5L jerrican with an adapted

funnel to quickly and cleanly refill your customers'

bottles, in compliance with regulations for refillable

cosmetic products.

Each jerrican equals 25 refills of 200ml, reducing

plastic consumption by up to 70%. The cost per

unit is lower, allowing you to offer a more

competitive retail price while maintaining your

margin. The formula is exactly the same as in the

individual format.
